Capitoline LLP is committed to providing services of the highest quality to our customers and to this end we will;
- Agree with the client exactly what services we will provide and to what timescale
- Agree with the client exactly what documentation is expected and in what format
- Not start work until an official order has been supplied by the client
- Make clear in advance our costs and fee structure
- Not change anything from the original specification without a ‘change notice’ being received from a party authorised to instruct a change
- Conduct ourselves on the client’s premises in a professional manner and according to the client’s local health & safety and other requirements
- Always act with the provision of health and safety for our clients, ourselves and members of the public
- Only send employees with the appropriate training to the client’s site
- Maintain liability and professional indemnity insurance to cover our activities
- Provide independent advice to the best of our abilities unless we declare beforehand any associations with any other supplier
- Keep our client’s information confidential
- Act in a non-discriminatory way to our employees, suppliers and clients
