Capitoline quality management statement

 

Capitoline LLP is committed to providing services of the highest quality to our customers and to this end we will;

 

  1. Agree with the client exactly what services we will provide and to what timescale
  2. Agree with the client exactly what documentation is expected and in what format
  3. Not start work until an official order has been supplied by the client
  4. Make clear in advance our costs and fee structure
  5. Not change anything from the original specification without a ‘change notice’ being received from a party authorised to instruct a change
  6. Conduct ourselves on the client’s premises in a professional manner and according to the client’s local health & safety and other requirements
  7. Always act with the provision of health and safety for our clients, ourselves and members of the public
  8. Only send employees with the appropriate training to the client’s site
  9. Maintain liability and professional indemnity insurance to cover our activities
  10. Provide independent advice to the best of our abilities unless we declare beforehand any associations with any other supplier
  11. Keep our client’s information confidential
  12. Act in a non-discriminatory way to our employees, suppliers and clients
